6 WEEK Strength and Pilates Foundation Course

Specifically for the post-partum woman who is ready to find their strength, confidence and connect with their body in a safe and supportive environment.

If you’re craving a place to work out that feels safe, supportive, and more like a sanctuary than a sweaty gym, you’re in the right place.

  • A 6 week guided programme of strength training and pilates, for the Mum who feels tired and disconnected from her body. .

  • Small groups of women just like you - we take care of your pelvic floor, scars and any worries you might have!

  • 60 minute sessions designed to reconnect you with your body as well as take time for you and find your confidence.

  • Female only environment with an empowering community of women and experienced instructors with a wealth of knowledge.

  • We will cover the foundations of strength and pilates, connecting you to your body and help you to feel confident and strong in just 6 weeks.

  • Classes run on a 6 week rolling schedule, the next intake is 8th April.

  • Class sizes are strictly limited to 8.

  • 2 x 60 minute sessions per week,
