6 WEEK Strength and Pilates Foundation Course
Specifically for the post-partum woman who is ready to find their strength, confidence and connect with their body in a safe and supportive environment.
If you’re craving a place to work out that feels safe, supportive, and more like a sanctuary than a sweaty gym, you’re in the right place.
A 6 week guided programme of strength training and pilates, for the Mum who feels tired and disconnected from her body. .
Small groups of women just like you - we take care of your pelvic floor, scars and any worries you might have!
60 minute sessions designed to reconnect you with your body as well as take time for you and find your confidence.
Female only environment with an empowering community of women and experienced instructors with a wealth of knowledge.
We will cover the foundations of strength and pilates, connecting you to your body and help you to feel confident and strong in just 6 weeks.
Classes run on a 6 week rolling schedule, the next intake is 8th April.
Class sizes are strictly limited to 8.
