A 6 week guided introduction to the fundamentals of strength training and pilates, for the menopausal woman.

60 minute sessions designed to manage the symptoms associated with menopause and beyond.
Female only environment with an empowering community of women and experienced instructors wirh a wealth of knowledge.
We will cover the foundations of strength and pilates, connecting you to your body and help you to feel confident and strong in just 6 weeks.
Classes run on a 6 week rolling schedule, the next intake is 22nd April.
Class sizes are strictly limited to 6.
